For our branch in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a

Global Client Service Manager


Grow through professional challenges:


  • Ensure the teams in each location are able to manage the operational contact between the client and the operational areas based on a full understanding of the client’s needs and expectations across the organisation and clarity for the actions required to service the client, including documentation in Service Level Agreements/Descriptions
  • Identify and produce appropriate key management information / business metrics on a global basis, using the information from each local team, to communicate and facilitate the overall client relationship
  • Ensure an aligned service delivery and communication approach globally to clients across internal business areas
  • Coordinate and summarise across locations the performance of the service delivery against the operating procedures and service levels agreed with the client
  • Oversee process for formal complaints, action plans and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across locations
  • Ensure consistent messages are delivered to the client around business recovery incidents in accordance to issued guidelines
  • Create and animate the client network community with the CSM across all the booking locations
  • Refer new business development opportunities to the Global Relationship Manager

Impress with your skills:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Extensive experience in a role with a strong client management focus
  • Proven track record of working within a client servicing environment
  • Industry experience or professional qualifications relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities services
  • Demonstration of innovative/creative thinking, problem-solving and taking initiative
  • Creative, solution- and client-oriented team player with effective analytical abilities and an autonomous working style
  • Availability to travel
  • Fluency in both German and English
