For our BNP Paribas Securities Services branch in Frankfurt/Main we are looking for a
Client Service Manager 
  • Ensure strong long-term relationships with allocated clients based on high client satisfaction and effective global service delivery
  • Manage client reviews and Due Diligence questionnaires and visits for existing clients
  • Ensure regular formal performance reviews with clients according to strategic priorities and client needs
  • Manage the operational contact between the client and the operational areas
  • Identify and produce appropriate key management information / business metrics to facilitate the client relationship
  • Identify and coordinate service delivery modifications in response to changes in the client activities by raising change projects within the existing service scope
  • Monitor the performance of the service delivery against the operating procedures and service levels agreed with the client
  • Maintain action plans and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Document and oversee problems affecting the quality of service delivery and the overall client experience
  • Work with local Client Service Managers to ensure that SLAs are complete, relevant and consistent and that service reviews are appropriate to the client relationship
  • Ensure clients receive appropriate market and service information



  • Degree in economics or a similar discipline and/or industrial vocational training
  • Strong experience in a client service management role in an investment/depository institution
  • Extensive experience in a role with a strong client management focus
  • Competent strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of the investment market and of relevant legal regulations
  • Proven track record of working within a client servicing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Creative, solution- and client-oriented team player with effective analytical abilities and an autonomous working style
