To support our Internal Audit Team, located in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a motivated
IT Auditor (m/f)
The Internal Audit Team carries out audit assignments on behalf of the BNP Paribas Group Executive Committee in all the activities of the Group in France and worldwide.

  • execute annual IT audit plans in various business areas and companiespertaining to the BNP Paribas Group in Germany as well as in Central and Eastern European countries
  • analyze IT-related processes and control mechanisms
  • coordinate all audit matters including audit reports in close communication with clients
  • participate in special investigations and projects (upon Group Audit request)
  • contribute to the preparation of annual audit plans and risk assessments


  • degree in computer science/information technology or a similar qualification and several years of professional experience in an IT audit or IT security function or in a major IT area (production, development, security, governance, disaster recovery)
  • sound knowledge of different IT systems and current IT trends – in particular, as they relate to banking systems/applications and key security matters – as well as of IT and related business processes within banks and systems of internal control
  • proven ability to conduct risk and control analysis for IT internal processes and different IT functions
  • excellent command of English both spoken and written; fluency in French or in a Central or Eastern European language (Slavic, Hungarian, Romanian) advantageous (but not a must)
  • results-oriented team player with effective analytical and communication skills who enjoys working in an international environment
  • willingness to travel across Central and Eastern Europe
