Transfer Agency Network Management Analyst (M/F)

Permanent Position




Your mission:


•           Execute TA KYTA for validation of new TA relationship entry:

•           Find the appropriate information’s about the concerned TA’s

•           Broadcast the appropriate questionnaire to the TA

•           Provide the request with a GO/NO-GO answer within appropriate timeframe

•           Apply internal escalation process when TA is reluctant to cooperate with KYTA process or does not meet the bank’s expectation

•           Raise any issue/ blocking point to a Senior member of the team or to the Team Manager

•           Perform 4 eyes on KYTA performed by the other team members


•           KYTA Queries management:

•           Make sure that all queries regarding KYTA are answered on time and right at first time queries

•           Raise and Share any issue/blocking with a senior manager to Team Manager before sending any answers that could be unsecured or not in line with the initial query.


•           Be able to prepare, execute Due Diligences (DD) on external Transfer Agent’s (TA’s) managing the target funds in which the AIFM and UCITS clients of the group invest :

•           Broadcast the appropriate DD questionnaire to relevant contacts at TA’s level

•           Analyse and challenge answers and documents provided by TA’s (Thomas Murray, Due Diligence, ISAE 3402, SOC1...)

•           Rate TA’s according DD outputs

•           Apply internal escalation process when TA is reluctant to cooperate with DD process or does not meet the bank’s expectation


•           Escalation’s Management:

•           Log all cases, any queries/blocking point in the FAQ log and/or share them during the team meetings with the team members and/or the manager to find the appropriate solution.


•           Maintain the scorecard with a proper follow-up of KYTA steps and Due Diligence


•           Make sure client focus is always the 1st priority (speaking one voice for Network Management and for BP2S). Be exemplar on the client focus approach.


•           Taking part actively to all mandatory meetings/trainings organized by the bank or the department

•           staff forum

•           mandatory trainings (Be responsible to perform the mandatory training before the dead line)

•           speaker corner


•           Be proactive proposing improvements during team meetings in the processing flows and in the procedures to improve the quality and the efficiency of the team


•           Make sure you are aware of all procedures in place for the team; follow strictly the procedures and when it is not possible, make sure your management is duly and timely informed of it


•           Inform your management/ORC as per defined and communicated rules in case of incident detection


•           Be responsible to manage :

•           your system accesses (all the normal systems for your activity)

•           Your mandatory trainings (Be responsible to perform the mandatory training before the dead line)

•           Your holidays

. planning the full year in the beginning of the year

. making sure your plan 12 consecutive days

. making sure you do not postpone more than 5 days to the coming year

. to make sure your Exos request is validated before leaving for holidays or day off

•           Your working hours

. respecting the bank guidelines in term of working hours

. not doing overtime without prior formal approval from your managers or if not requested by the team workload

. to inform proactively your management in case you go over 20hours in your POT


•           Professionally manage your agenda by :

. answering when you have to take position or when you are asked to attend a meeting (no answer does not mean a NO answer)

. attending the meetings/forums/organizations/training that you have accepted & informing in advance when you are not able to attend

. when you go on holiday, make sure you cancel or delegate any already-planned meetings



Your profile:



University degree



Professional Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in FDS operational teams or in equivalent position in another department/or good knowledges in fund industry

Good knowledge of all FDS business to allow autonomous researches.

Perfect knowledge of FDS Flows with external TA’s


Technical competencies:

Analyzing and Challenging mindset


Language skills:

Excellent written and oral English and French skills are essential
